Are Your Tacky Christmas Sweaters New or Used?

While we have a huge selection of both new and gently worn items, we have ALL of our sweaters professionally cleaned, steamed and pressed to ensure nothing but ugly goodness arrives at your doorstep.

Ugly Christmas Sweaters - What Size Should I Buy?

One of the most common questions we receive is related to the size of each sweater.

We have thousands of unique Ugly Christmas Sweaters in our warehouse from a variety of brands and manufactures, thus the "Large" tag from one brand may not have exactly matched a "Large" from another...with that, we've taken steps to make our entire inventory of Ugly Christmas Sweaters as close to being Unisex in size as possible. To ensure everyone is happy, we do suggest Men should order one size larger than normal - so if you typically wear a Men's Large, you should order a XL. Click here to shop by size.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING: Standard USPS Priority Mail is Free for domestic delivery on all orders of two or more Ugly Christmas Sweaters.

Peak-Season: September-December: All orders will be shipped within one business day.

Off-Season: January - August: All orders will be shipped the last weekend of the month. Please let us know if you have a special requests for immediate shipping, there are no additional fees.

All orders received before to 2:00PM, CST will ship the same day - those submitted after USPS cutoff times will ship the following business day. Tracking numbers will be provided once payments are processed, and may be tracked at www.USPS.com

Shipping Methods

We offer domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business day delivery) or USPS Express (1-2 day delivery) for an additional fee.

We also offer USPS International Priority Mail, which may be selected for a fee at the Checkout page.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping within the United States (includes APO, FPO and other US Military Shipping) on all orders of TWO or more.

Single Ugly Christmas Sweater shipped within the USA will have a flat fee of $7.50

Refunds and Return Policy

We will not offer refunds or accept returns, so in other words, all sales are final.

It’s not that we’re trying to rip you off, but rather, we’re trying to run a fun business and that means avoiding those potential situations where somebody will try to wear a sweater for just one night, spill booze all over it, then attempt to ship it back for a full refund.

That would not fly well with us.
