Are Your Tacky Christmas Sweaters New or Used?

We are happy to offer a huge selection of new and gently worn items. All of our vintage and gently worn tacky sweaters are professionally cleaned, steamed and pressed to ensure nothing but ugly goodness arrives at your doorstep. New NFL Teams, NCAA, MLB and NHL Team Ugly Sweaters are brand new and will have their tags and official licenses attached.

Ugly Christmas Sweaters - What Size Should I Buy?

One of the most common questions we receive is related to the size of each sweater.

We have thousands of unique Ugly Christmas Sweaters in our warehouse from a variety of brands and manufactures, thus the "Large" tag from one brand may not have exactly matched a "Large" from another...with that, we've taken steps to make our entire inventory of Ugly Christmas Sweaters as close to being Unisex in size as possible. To ensure everyone is happy, we do suggest FOR VINTAGE SWEATERS Men should order one size larger than normal - so if you typically wear a Men's Large, you should order a XL. 2016 Holiday Christmas Shipping Deadline Cutoff Dates for UPS USPS FedEx

We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail. Unless orders are upgraded to Express (additional fees apply), we will ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (cutoff to 2:00PM, CST)

Get It There by Christmas - Via USPS Priority Mail, the cutoff is December 21 before 2:00PM, CST

Peak-Season: October-December: All orders will be shipped within one business day.

Off-Season: January - September: All orders will be shipped the last weekend of the month. Please let us know if you have a special requests for immediate shipping, there are no additional fees.

All orders received before to 2:00PM, CST will ship the same day - those submitted after USPS cutoff times will ship the following business day. Tracking numbers will be provided once payments are processed, and may be tracked at www.USPS.com

Shipping Methods

We offer domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business day delivery) or USPS Express (1-2 day delivery) for an additional fee.

We also offer USPS International Priority Mail, which may be selected for a fee at the Checkout page.

Refunds and Return Policy

For Vintage Items we will not offer refunds or accept returns, so in other words, all sales are final. For NFL, NCAA, MLB and NHL team sweaters, exchanges will be accepted as long as tags are still attached; additional shipping fees may apply
